Urbino Workshop on Crossborder Innovation - June 6th 2022

pubblicato il giorno 06/05/2022

Venue:
University of Urbino, Department of Economics Society and Politics, via A.Saffi 42, Urbino, Italy https://goo.gl/maps/fu9R7jvJQnu81YWt5

This workshop is inspired by the very recent publication of the book on “Cross-border Innovation in a Changing World. Players, Places, Policies”  published by Oxford University Press (https://global.oup.com/academic/product/cross-border-innovation-in-a-changing-world-9780198870067?cc=gb&lang=en).

The idea is to highlight key findings of our chapters, discuss new research directions and generate novel ideas at the cross-roads of economics of innovation, international business, international trade and economic geography. Not least, it will be an opportunity to have a meeting with contributors of this book, many of which will convene in person together with other scholars of this field and with policy makers for an open discussion, complying with all the safety measures needed on the way out from the Covid-19 emergency.

The event is organised in collaboration with the Urbino PhD in Global Studies (www.uniurb.it/global-studies). The support given by DESP-University of Urbino, Italy and by the Netherlands Organisation for Scientific Research (NWO) [016.Veni.195.412/6817] is gratefully acknowledged

No admission fee is required but registration is needed for attendance both in person and on-line, by sending an e-mail at: phd-global-studies@uniurb.it
