Jr Legal Counsel - Internship
We have the opportunity to start an internship program in Legal area.
The candidate will have the opportunity to observe and support the Senior Legal Counsel and Legal Director in this activities:
• legal advices and legal researches on a variety of legal topics including civil law, intellectual property, corporate law, real estate and antitrust law;
• counselling legal requests from end-users and third parties (including resellers and suppliers) in relation to our products and services;
• legal assistance on corporate governance matters, draft minutes of shareholders and board of directors meetings, ensure that filings are timely done in compliance with applicable laws, keep corporate books and complete KYC requests;
• the creation and maintenance of internal knowledge databases for legal team.
DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
• Would be an asset a previous internship experience in a primary law firm and/or as in-house lawyer in a within medium/large sized, structured and international companies;
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills;
• Excellent written and oral communication skills;
• Resilience, ability to work in highly complex environments result oriented.
• Strategic minded, strong interpersonal and organizational skills;
• Leadership, analytical and problem solving attitude;
• Strong written and verbal communication skills;
• Strong technical computer skills (focus on Excel and Power Point);
• Willingness to travel;
• Smart Law Graduate;
• Italian and English advanced knowledge
