Learning Objectives
The course aims to provide the most up-to-date knowledge on the methodologies currently used for the physical preparation of athletes in high-level situations, and the skills to practically apply this knowledge to every sports context.

Assessment for individualised training.
Functional training for sport and performance.
Stability training.
Proprioceptive and kinesthetic training.
Prehabilitation for prevention and performance
Basics on strength training for high-level performance.
Strength training adapted to the specific sport performance model.
Neuro-muscular training with biofeedback.
Special training for acceleration and deceleration.
Neuro cognitive training.
High intensity intermittent training.
Training assessment and monitoring
Training in different environments.
