Learning Objectives

The course intends to deepen the study of some crime figures of the "special part" of the Italian criminal code. Most attention will be paid to the methodological profiles of the survey, the intersections with the "general part" institutes and the relationships between theory and application practice.

The course aims to provide the student with the necessary knowledge to allow him to correctly interpret the reference legislation and to identify the most appropriate solutions to the cases that will be proposed.

The student must therefore demonstrate:

1) institutional knowledge of the reference legislation and mastery of its interpretation techniques (knwoledge and understanding);

2) mastery of the argumentative framework necessary to support arguments in relation to the interpretative nodes of the matter, with particular reference to the use of jurisprudential law (applying knowledge)

3) knowledge of the methods of retrieval and overall analysis of relevant information (making judgment);

4) the ability to expose their basic knowledge and the solutions of the questions that will be proposed to them (communication skills) with logic and completeness, language properties and without ambiguity;

5) full mastery of the learning skills necessary for the continuation of the study independently (learning skill)

Assessment

Oral examination. The chosen method allows you to fully ascertain both the acquisition of all the knowledge relating to the course, and the mastery of the technical-legal language and individual communication skills.

The evaluation criteria and scores are determined according to the following scale:

less than 18/30: insufficient level. The candidate does not achieve any of the learning outcomes provided for in the point "knowledge and understanding";
18-20 / 30: sufficient level. In particular, the candidate achieves the learning outcomes envisaged in the point "knowledge and understanding";
21-23 / 30: fully sufficient level. In particular, the candidate achieves the learning outcomes envisaged in the points "knowledge and understanding" and "applied knowledge and understanding";
24-26 / 30: good level. In particular, the candidate achieves the learning outcomes envisaged in the points "knowledge and understanding"; "Applied knowledge and understanding" and "independent judgment";
27-29 / 30: very good level. In particular, the candidate achieves the learning outcomes envisaged in the points "knowledge and understanding"; "Applied knowledge and understanding"; "Independent judgment" and "communication skills";
30-30 cum laude: excellent level. The candidate fully achieves the learning outcomes envisaged in the points "knowledge and understanding"; "Applied knowledge and understanding"; "Autonomy of judgment"; "Communication skills" and "ability to learn".
