The first target group are graduates in all disciplines, willing to acquire digital skills and competences complementary to those typical of their degrees, in order to be more competitive in the job market. The second target group is composed of employees willing to update and improve their digital skills, for personal improvement, for position advancement, or to take active part in the digital transformation of their companies. The master course takes an interdisciplinary approach, encompassing both theoretical and practical aspects, to provide  competences, knowledge, and skills required to become fully aware of the potential of disruptive digital technologies, of their ethical implications, of their socio-economic impact, and of their applicability to any specific field. The Master program is also aimed at contrasting the gender gap in ICT, by providing equal opportunities to acquire digital competences regardless the cultural background and the main field of study.
