Themes
The purpose of the Master is to provide an in-depth knowledge of the communication skills required in the field of human resources management, conflict resolution and the management of work groups in the training and professional fields.
The Master favors experiential learning, with individual and group practical exercises, aimed at acquiring specific skills and strategies in situations of organizational impasse and existential distress.

Objectives
The Master places the attention of the training focus on the figure of an expert in effective communication and conflict mediation capable of fostering processes of social cooperation and management of problematic situations at a relational level.
The Master is therefore addressed to first and second level graduates who carry out activities in the educational, training, psychological, managerial, family mediation, human resource management and more widely to all those interested, even in character staff, to improve their communication skills.

The first 60 applications will be admitted to the master. Students will be required to hold a five-year degree, a specialized master's degree or an old degree, or an equivalent qualification. Participation as an "auditor" is not required to hold the specific qualification indicated above, but only to hold a university three-year degree.

- You can apply from the 20/07/2021 to the 21/01/2022 . Using the online procedure you can register to fill in the application and pay with PagoPA (Credit Card, PayPal) to complete the payment of the admission fee.
