Doublee Degree with the University of Bucharest
Up to 5 candidates admitted to the 2025-2026 academic year will be able to enrol on the double degree programme that we offer jointly with the University of Bucharest (Master in INTERNATIONAL PUBLIC AFFAIRS – MIPA, Faculty of Political Science). The 5 students will be selected through an internal process, including a short interview with members of staff, so as to test their commitment to the programme as well as their English language competences.
The 5 students selected will spend the 1st semester of their second year of studies in Bucharest, studying in English, and will benefit from tutoring from staff from the two universities.
After the successful defence of their thesis projects through a viva voce examination with staff from Urbino Carlo Bo and Bucharest Universities, the students will be awarded master's degrees from both universities.
The double degree programme aims to support students in the development of a professional profile with a solid multidisciplinary background and an international outlook on political, social and economic issues. To this end, special attention is paid to the teaching of academic English, in collaboration with the University Language Centre (CLA) in Urbino and with expert lecturers, and to international mobility through various study and internship programs.
Please note that students wishing to enrol on the double degree curriculum with the University of Bucharest must indicate this option on the online application form no later than 13th September 2025. This will allow us: a) to meet the timeframe and deadlines related to administrative procedures at the University of Bucharest, required at their end to get financial support from the Romanian Ministry to cover tuition fees; and b) to arrange the selection process for the 5 students in Urbino in a timely manner.
