Learning Objectives
Knowledge of and capability to interpret statutory provisions on dispute resolution in the code of civil procedure, the Constitution and the relevant special statutes

General part: civil dispute resolution rules in the code of civil procedure, the Constitution and the relevant special statutes, as interpreted in case law and doctrinal analysis, and perspectives of their reform
Special part: evolution of special procedural rules for business litigation
