Learning Objectives
The reaching of level C1 of the European Framework in both written and spoken English, with widened vocabulary and the acquisition of notions of vocabulary and syntax at the C1 level, as well as the concepts of low- and high-context languages; an understanding of the basics of translation and the ability to translate complex texts correctly.
Program
Students will be guided through a series of listening, translating and reading tasks involving authentic texts on intercultural themes which will be analysed and discussed.
