Learning Achievements (Dublin Descriptors)

Ability to analyse and represent the structure of the work of art and to recognise the geometric conformation of the artefact, in relation to its location in space.

Ability to represent and model with digital tools artefacts in scale through different methods and techniques of graphic representation.

Ability to correctly identify and apply two-dimensional and three-dimensional representation techniques.

Teaching Material

The teaching material prepared by the lecturer in addition to recommended textbooks (such as for instance slides, lecture notes, exercises, bibliography) and communications from the lecturer specific to the course can be found inside the Moodle platform › blended.uniurb.it

Teaching, Attendance, Course Books and Assessment

Teaching

The course is divided into a series of frontal lessons concerning the framework of the discipline and application examples. In addition to the lessons, there will be two practical exercises to develop an awareness of the form, the degree of visual education, the learning of and the ability to translate through the graphic medium the representation of a cultural asset in the plane and space.

Attendance

Recommended frequency of lessons.

The practical exercises are an integral part of the final preparation and must therefore be completed in all their parts (even for students who are not attending).

Assessment

The examination is divided into:

- an interview on the topics included in the programme with one question for each topic which will be assessed in 30-second intervals: for each question (18-22 for sufficient answers; 23-27 for discreet answers with some deficiencies in the ownership of the topic; 28-30 for good answers which demonstrate ownership of the topic and technical language).

- Oral presentation of the graphic file delivered including the three exercises carried out during the course. The paper will have to present graphic coherence and correct graphic language according to the conventions and will be part of the final evaluation (evaluated in 30-second intervals according to the criteria of completeness of the exercise, correct execution, correct presentation).
