Learning Objectives
The aim of the course is to provide the basic notions and tools for moving into common private law; with particular regard to contracts, obligations and responsibilities, both of individuals and legal entities.
Program
The course program focuses on the contents schematically indicated below: 1) fundamental concepts and notions for private law; 2) sources of private law, interpretation of the law, application of the law; 3) subjective legal situations; 4) legal facts; 5) bonds and contracts; 6) non-contractual liability.

The preparation of each student will be verified as part of an oral exam relating to the entire course program.
The student must have knowledge and understanding of the institutions covered during the lessons and demonstrate that he is able to exhibit the knowledge acquired. The student must also demonstrate an aptitude for clearly communicating the topics under discussion.

Frontal lessons, aimed at making students aware - and getting them used to debating - of the normative data and of the main orientations of the doctrine and of the jurisprudence on the single treated topics.
During the lectures, the regulatory references relating to the institutes treated will be indicated as well as articles, notes to the judgment and case-law decisions of particular interest.

- Disabilità e DSA
