Learning Objectives
The course is divided into three thematic modules: MODULE I-ELEMENTS OF PRIVATE LAW; MODULE II-ELEMENTS OF SPORTS LAW; MODULE III-ASSOCIATIONS AND RECREATIONAL SPORTS SOCIETIES.
The course aims to make the student acquire knowledge of the institutional elements of private law, indispensable for a subsequent full understanding of the more specific profiles of sports law and sports associationism in particular; knowledge of the essential profiles of the national and international sposttico order; as well as a specific thematic in-depth study, and relative mastery by the student, on the subject of amateur sports companies and associations

Learning Achievements (Dublin Descriptors)
The student will have to demonstrate the acquisition of institutional knowledge related to the ELEMENTS OF PRIVATE LAW; the ELEMENTS OF SPORTS LAW and the dicsicpline of the ASSOCIATIONS AND RECREATIONAL SPORTS SOCIETIES.
The student will have to demonstrate knowledge of the institutional elements of private law, indispensable for a subsequent full understanding of the more specific profiles of sports law and sports associationism in particular; knowledge of the essential profiles of the national and international sposttico order; as well as a specific thematic in-depth study, and relative mastery by the student, on the subject of amateur sports clubs and associations
The student must demonstrate an understanding of the concepts and theories covered in the course; he/she must be able to analyze and interpret practical cases related to the topics addressed during the course

Written examination with mutiple-answer questions
The expected learning outcomes will be assessed by the formulation of three or more questions. Evaluation criteria and marks are determined according to the following scale:
less than 18/30 - insufficient level: the candidate achieves none of the expected learning outcomes under “knowledge and understanding skills”;
18-20/30 - sufficient level: the candidate achieves, in particular, the expected learning outcomes under “knowledge and understanding skills”;
21-23/30 - fully sufficient level: the candidate achieves, in particular, the expected learning outcomes under “knowledge and understanding skills” and “applied knowledge and understanding skills”;
24-26/30 - good level: the candidate achieves, in particular, the learning outcomes stipulated at the points “knowledge and ability to understand”; “knowledge and ability to understand applied” and “autonomy of judgment”;
27-29/30 - very good level: the candidate achieves, in particular, the learning outcomes stipulated at the points “knowledge and ability to understand”; “knowledge and ability to understand applied”; “autonomy of judgment” and “communication skills.”30-30 with distinction - excellent level: the candidate fully achieves the learning outcomes stipulated in the points “knowledge and understanding skills”; “applied knowledge and understanding skills”; “independent judgment”; “communication skills” and “learning skills.”
- Disability and Specific Learning Disorders (SLD)
Students who have registered their disability certification or SLD certification with the Inclusion and Right to Study Office can request to use conceptual maps (for keywords) during exams.
To this end, it is necessary to send the maps, two weeks before the exam date, to the course instructor, who will verify their compliance with the university guidelines and may request modifications.
