Students are required to master the tools of analysis of the publicy making in order to understand specific cases. The theoretical understanding will therefore always be connected to empirical analysis. Later will be able to use the sociological and economic analysis tools in the labor market to understand the contexts and the ways of action of the policy making in this area. Finally, they must master the notions of history of the labor policies in a comparative perspective between different countries subject of analysis in order to understand the different configurations of the current regulation of labor markets. The theoretical comprehension elements will therefore always be connected to reality and the student will have to demonstrate to know how to distinguish between the historical analysis of the phenomena and their evolution over time. For this purpose it will be encouraged and supported the creation of original research by the student.

The teaching material prepared by the lecturer in addition to recommended textbooks (such as for instance slides, lecture notes, exercises, bibliography) and communications from the lecturer specific to the course can be found inside the Moodle platform › blended.uniurb.it

Oral examination is possibile but a paper presentation will be welcome in italian, english, french or spanish
- Disability and Specific Learning Disorders (SLD)
Students who have registered their disability certification or SLD certification with the Inclusion and Right to Study Office can request to use conceptual maps (for keywords) during exams.
To this end, it is necessary to send the maps, two weeks before the exam date, to the course instructor, who will verify their compliance with the university guidelines and may request modifications.
