Learning Objectives

The course contains lessons that deal with skills on the behaviors and lifestyles that the individual should adopt for maintaining or prolonging a good state of psycho-physical health. The purpose is: to professionally qualify operators for the health sector and for sports centers. The needs and demands of the market will be developed in an organic, functional way, as well as the development and application of scientific knowledge to the movement. Participating students must be able to obtain valid and in-depth skills to manage themselves autonomously in operating structures where specific knowledge is required to maintain efficiency in everyday life. We will tend to privilege the methodology of training in a gradual and taxonomic way with a predominantly aerobic sub-maximal load, so as to also counter all the dysmetabolic and hypokinetic issues characteristic of contemporary life.
