Learning Objectives
Students in the cours can understand a wide range of demanding, longer clauses, and recognize implicit meaning. They can express ideas fluently and spontaneously without much obvious searching for expressions, they can use language flexibly and effectively for social, academic and professional purposes and they can produce clear, well-structured, detailed text on complex subjects, showing controlled use of organizational patterns, connectors and cohesive devices.
Program
The grammar topics of this course are connectors, word order, the passive, noun-verb connections, conjunctive I, prepositions, and word formation.
The course will deal with different topics concerning German language and culture.
