The course presents and analyses the characteristics of English in corporate and business presentation and advertising. The objectives, functions, modality and "special language"are looked at in theoretical and practical situations.
The programme looks at the language of presentation, promotion and aspects of matketing (advertising etc)
Apart from specific language, cultural identity and diversity will be examined as well as aspects of glocalization and communication.

Written exam - reading comprehension, grammar and lexical items, e-mailing and listening.
Oral exam based on class work.
Students must pass the written exam before attempting the oral. The written exam is valid for a year. Students can take the written and oral on the same day.
