Once enrolled, each student is assigned a matriculation number as well as an e-mail address (firstname.lastname@example.org). You can access your institutional email from the link mail.campus.uniurb.it, by inserting the same credentials (username and password) you use to access the online secretarial services and the University wireless network.
The institutional email address assigned by the University is the official communication tool to be used between students and the University:
- it guarantees the confidentiality of personal data;
- it allows the administration to identify the student, avoiding any dispersion of communications, to further safeguard the interests of the students.
All communications are sent by the Ph.D. Office (Ufficio Dottorati, Post Laurea, Esami di Stato) to the institutional email address of Ph.D. students.
The Ph.D. Office ensures response exclusively to requests sent from the institutional email address.
Ph.D. students are therefore advised to always write from their institutional email and to regularly check their inbox.
