Starting from July 1st, 2017, the benefit of the monthly unemployment allowance INPS - Dettaglio Prestazione: DIS-COLL: indennità mensile di disoccupazione has also been extended to PhD students with a scholarship enrolled exclusively in the “Gestione Separata INPS”.
When to apply
The application must be submitted online exclusively to INPS within 68 days from the end date of the PhD course with scholarship.
If within 68 days an indemnifiable maternity or hospital stay event occurs, the term remains suspended for the entire period and then starts to run again for the remaining part.
PhD students who would like to benefit from the unemployment allowance DIS-COLL should contact the PhD Office, that will provide the self-declaration form
